The service

Eventmapster is a community-driven map for discovering and sharing local community events. Listings are submitted by users; we don't independently verify them. Use the service at your own risk and confirm event details with the organizer before showing up.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide truthful information when you sign up and submit listings. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us at [email protected].

Acceptable content

When you submit listings, photos, or other content, you agree not to post:

• Anything illegal or that promotes illegal activity.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that endangers others.
• Material you don't have the rights to share (copyright or trademark infringement).
• Spam, scams, or content unrelated to community events.
• Misleading or fake event listings.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules at our discretion.

Your content license

You keep ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant Eventmapster a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, store, and adapt that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

Reporting and moderation

Anyone can report a listing they believe violates these terms. Admins review reports and may remove or hide content. We don't guarantee a specific response time for moderation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that events will happen as described, that the service will be available without interruption, or that the service is free from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eventmapster and its operators are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the service or from listings submitted by other users.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time through your profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
